s 25 This Act to prevail over other laws
Where any provision of this Act is in conflict or is inconsistent with any provision of any other law, the provision of this Act shall prevail.

Jika mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini adalah bercanggahan atau tidak selaras dengan mana-mana peruntukan dalam mana-mana undang-undang lain, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah mengatasi peruntukan undang-undang lain itu.
