(1) Every offshore company shall cause minutes of all Minutes of proceedings of meetings of members and of meetings of proceedings directors to be entered in books kept for that purpose. (2) Unless the Registrar otherwise directs, all minute books of an offshore company shall be kept at the registered office of the company but duplicates of the minute books or any of them may be kept elsewhere and shall be open for inspection by any member without charge.
(1) Tiap-tiap syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah Minit-minit menyebabkan minit-minit semua prosiding mesyuarat- prosiding mesyuarat anggota dan mesyuarat-mesyuarat pengarahpengarahnya dicatatkan di dalam buku-buku yang disimpan bagi maksud itu. (2) Melainkan jika Pendaftar mengarahkan selainnya, semua buku minit suatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah disimpan di pejabat berdaftar syarikat itu tetapi penduapendua buku minit itu atau mana-mana satu daripadanya boleh disimpan di tempat lain dan hendaklah terbuka untuk pemeriksaan mana-mana anggota tanpa caj.
