Where an offshore company is a plaintiff in any Court action or other legal proceedings, the Court may, at any time, require sufficient security to be given for costs and stay all proceedings until the security is given. Security for costs.

Jika suatu syarikat luar pesisir adalah plaintif dalam Jamik kos. apa-apa tindakan Mahkamah atau prosiding undangundang lain, Mahkamah boleh, pada bila-bila masa, menghendaki jaminan yang secukupnya diberi untuk kos dan Mahkamah boleh menggantung apa-apa prosiding sehingga jaminan itu diberi.
