s 148
(1) The Ministermay, withoutassigningreasons therefor, issue, by notification in the Gazette, a Minister, direction—
(a) prohibiting the initial incorporation of any offshore company or class of companies;
(b) prohibiting the initial registration of a foreign offshore company; or
(c) directing any offshore company or foreign offshore company to cease to carry on its business or part of its business either immediately or within such time as may be specified in the direction.
(2) A direction made under this section may be revoked or varied by the Minister.

(1) Menteri boleh, tanpa memberi sebab-sebab Larangan baginya, mengeluarkan , arahan melalui pemberitahuan oleh Menteri. dalam Warta-
(a) melarang pemerbadanan permulaan sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir atau sesuatu kelas syarikat;
(b) melarang pendaftaran permulaan sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir asing; atau
(c) mengarahkan mana-mana syarikat luar pesisir atau syarikat luar pesisir asing berhenti .- menjalankan perniagaannya atau sebahagian . perniagaannya itu sama ada dengan serta-merta atau dalam masa yang dinyatakan dalam arahan itu.

(2) Arahan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini boleh dibatalkan atau diubah oleh Menteri.
