The powers of an offshore company shall include, unless powers of expressly excluded or modified by its articles, the powers set companies. forth in the Schedule, which shall be exercisable in Labuan and elsewhere, and such other powers as are set out in its articles or granted to it generally or specially by regulations.
Kuasa-kuasa sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah Kuasa-kuasa termasuk, melainkan jika dikecualikan atau di- syarikar. ubahsuaikan dengan nyata oleh perkara-perkaranya, kuasa-kuasa yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual, yang boleh dijalankan di Labuan dan di tempat-tempat lain, dan apaapa kuasa lain yang dinyatakan dalam perkara-perkaranya atau diberikan kepadanya secara am atau khusus oleh peraturan-peraturan.
