s 33
(1) No advertisement offering, or calling attention to an Advertiseoffer or intended offer of, shares in or debentures of an, ments. offshore company or a foreign offshore company or proposed offshore company to the public for subscription or purchase shall be published in Labuan or elsewhere until it has been approved by the Registrar; and every such advertisement must contain the advice that Malaysian residents are disqualified from accepting the offer.

(2) Application for approval of an advertisement shall be lodged with the Registrar together with a copy of the advertisement verified in such manner as the Registrar directs..
(3) Any person who publishes or causes to be published in Labuan or elsewhere an advertisement without the prior approval of the Registrar in breach of the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence against this Act. Penalty: Ten thousand ringgit.

(1) Tiada iklan yang menawarkan atau meminta perhatian terhadap suatu tawaran atau tawaran yang dicadangkan bagi, syer-syer dalam atau debenturdebentur bagi sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir atau syarikat luar pesisir asing atau syarikat luar pesisir yang dicadangkan kepada awam untuk dipohon beli atau dibeli boleh disiarkan di Labuan atau di tempat-tempat lain melainkan jika ia telah diluluskan oleh Pendaftar; dan tiap-tiap iklan itu mesti mengandungi makluman bahawa pemastautin-pemastautin Malaysia adalah tidak layak menerima tawaran itu.
(2) Permohonan bagi kelulusan sesuatu iklan hendaklah diserahkan kepada Pendaftar bersama-sama :
[Bah. IV, S. 33-34] dengan suatu salinan iklan yang ditentu-sahkan mengikut apa-apa cara yang diarahkan oleh Pendaftar.
(3) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar peruntukanperuntukan subseksyen (1) dengan menyiarkan atau menyebabkan disiarkan di Labuan atau di tempat-tempat lain suatu iklan tanpa terlebih dahulu mendapatkan kelulusan Pendaftar adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini. Penalti: Sepuluh ribu ringgit.
