(1) A certificate, under the seal of an offshore company Cerificate orany branch thereot, specifying any shares held by a member to be shall be prima facie evidence of his title to the shares.
(2) Every share certificate shall be under the seal of the offshore company or a branch thereof and shall state-
(a) the name of the company and the authority under which the company is constituted;
(b) the address of the registered office of the company in Labuan or, where the certificate is issued by a branch of the company, the address of that branch;
(c) the nominal value and the extent to which the shares are paid up; and
(d) the class of the shares. rigihs of ahye to dor or y aith this section shall not affect the
(4) If default is made in complying with this section, the offshore company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.

(1) Sesuatu perakuan, di bawah meterai suatu' syarikat luar pesisir atau mana-mana cawangannya, yang menyatakan apa-apa syer yang dipegang oleh seseorang anggota hendaklah menjadi keterangan prima facie mengenai hakmiliknya terhadap syer-syer itu.
(2) Tiap-tiap perakuan syer hendaklah di bawah meterai syarikat luar pesisir itu atau cawangannya dan hendaklah menyatakan—
(a) nama syarikat itu dan kuasa yang di bawahnya syarikat itu ditubuhkan;
(b) alamat pejabat berdaftar syarikat itu di Labuan atau, jika perakuan itu dikeluarkan oleh suatu cawangan syarikat itu, alamat cawangan itu;
(c) nilai nominal dan takat yang syer-syer itu telah berbayar; dan
(d) kelas syer-syer. ("I' :

(3) Kegagalan mematuhi seksyen ini tidak boleh menyentuh hak mana-mana pemegang syer.
(4) Jika berlaku keingkaran pada mematuhi seksyen terhadap Akta ini.
