s 83
(1) Every offshore company ortoreign oftshore company Register shall keep at its registered office a register of charges and shall of charges. enter in it all charges specifically affecting property of the companynot-later than fourteen-days after the creation of such & within one month charges, giving in each case a short description of the property AAA88 charged, the amount secured by the charge, the names of the chargees or persons entitled to such charge, and particulars relating to the satisfaction of or release from such charge.
(2) If any property of an offshore company or a foreign offshore company is charged without such entry as required by subsection (1 ) being made, every officer of the company who knowingly and wilfully authorizes orpermits the omission of such entry shall be guilty of an offence against this Act. Penalty: Ten thousand ringgit.
(3) Every offshore company or foreign offshore company shall cause a copy of every instrument creating any charge to be kept at its registered office.
(4) The register of charges and the copies of instruments kept in pursuance of this section shall be open to inspection by any creditor or member of the company at all reasonable times without charge.
(5) It default is made in complying with subsection (3) or

(2) If default is made in complying with this section, the offshore company or foreign offshore company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence against this Act. Penalty: Two thousand ringgit. Default penalty.

(1) Tiap-tiap syarikat luar pesisir atau syarikat luar Daftar pesisir asing hendaklah menyimpan di pejabat gadaian. berdaftarnya suatu daftar gadaian dan hendaklah mencatatkan di dalamnya semua gadaian yang khusus melibatkan harta syarikat itu/tidak lewat daripada empat Ldalammasa belas hari selepas pewujudan gadaian itu, dengan satu bulan memberikan dalam setiap hal perihal ringkas mengenai AA988. harta yang digadaikan, amaun yang didapatkan melalui gadaian itu, nama-nama pemegang gadaian atau orangorang yang berhak terhadap gadaian tersebut, dan butirbutir yang berhubungan dengan penyelesaian atau pelepasan daripada gadaian tersebut.
(2) Jika mana-mana harta sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir atau syarikat luar pesisir asing digadaikan tanpa dibuat catatan-catatan yang dikehendaki oleh subseksyen (1), tiap-tiap pegawai syarikat itu yang dengan disedarinya dan dengan bersengaja memberikuasa atau membenarkan peninggalan pencatatan sedemikian adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini. Penalti: Sepuluh ribu ringgit.
(3) Tiap-tiap syarikat luar pesisir atau syarikat luar pesisir asing hendaklah menyebabkan suatu salinan tiaptiap suratcara yang mewujudkan apa-apa gadaian disimpan di pejabat berdaftarnya.
(4) Daftar gadaian dan salinan-salinan suratcara yang disimpan menurut seksyen ini hendaklah terbuka untuk pemeriksaan mana-mana pemiutang atau anggota syarikat pada bila-bila masa yang munasabah tanpa bayaran.
(5) Jika berlaku keingkaran pada mematuhi subseksyen
(3) atau (4), syarikat luar pesisir atau syarikat luar pesisir asing itu dan tiap-tiap pegawai syarikat itu yang ingkar adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini. Penalti: Dua ribu ringgit. Penalti ingkar. */Satuhula
