(1) Every document required or permitted to be lodged or Lodging of filed with the Registrar under the provisions of this Act shall documents. be lodged or filed through a trust company.

(1) Tiap-tiap dokumen yang dikehendaki atau Penyerahan dibenarkan untuk diserahkan kepada atau difailkan dengan Pendaftar di bawah peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah diserahkan atau difailkan melalui suatu syarikat amanah.
(2) Tiap-tiap permohonan kepada Pendaftar bagi apaapa perakuan yang akan dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini atau bagi apa-apa cabutan atau salinan apa-apa perakuan yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini atau apa-apa dokumen • yang diserahkan kepada atau difailkan dengan Pendaftar hendaklah dibuat melalui suatu syarikat amanah: Dengan syarat bahawa subseksyen ini tidaklah terpakai jika sesuatu permohonan dibuat berkenaan dengan suatu syarikat luar pesisir atau syarikat luar pesisir asing oleh seseorang anggota syarikat itu dan dokumen, perakuan, cabutan atau salinan itu adalan bagi kegunaannya sendiri.
