s 50E Kesalahan bagi ketidakpatuhan kod, garis panduan atau arahan Suruhanjaya

Seseorang yang tidak mematuhi mana-mana kod, garis panduan atau arahan Suruhanjaya yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
