s 50D Perubahan, kajian semula atau pembatalan kod, garis panduan atau arahan oleh Suruhanjaya

(1) Suruhanjaya boleh mengubah, mengkaji semula atau membatalkan apa-apa kod, garis panduan atau arahan yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Tatacara yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen 50C(3) dan (4) hendaklah terpakai berkenaan dengan apa-apa perubahan, kajian semula atau pembatalan kod, garis panduan atau arahan itu.
