Girl Guides Act 1953 s 9
No Guide shall seek or attempt by virtue of her wearing, carrying or bearing any badge, token or emblem of the Association, or badge, token or emblem purporting to be such, to enforce or exercise authority otherwise than in accordance with and as authorized by the Rules of the Association.
Penjalanan salah kuasa oleh Pandu
Tiada seorang Pandu pun boleh mendapatkan atau mencuba oleh sebab dia memakai, membawa atau mempunyai apa-apa lencana, tanda atau lambang Persatuan, atau lencana, tanda atau lambang yang berupa sebagai, untuk menguatkuasakan atau menjalankan kuasa selain mengikut dan sebagaimana yang diberi kuasa oleh Kaedah-Kaedah Persatuan.
