Railways Act 1991 s 106

s 106 Power of Minister to make additional transitional provisions, etc.

The Minister may, by regulations, make such provisions as he considers necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulty occasioned by the coming into force of this Act, and any such regulations may be made so as to have effect as from the commencement of this Act.

Kuasa Menteri untuk membuat peruntukan peralihan tambahan, dsb.

Menteri boleh, melalui peraturan-peraturan, membuat apa-apa peruntukan yang didapatinya perlu atau suai manfaat bagi maksud menghapuskan apa-apa kesusahan yang disebabkan oleh mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini, dan mana-mana peraturan sedemikian boleh dibuat supaya mempunyai kuat kuasa mulai dari tarikh mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini.
