Any person who obstructs the Commission or assaults, hinders, impedes oi obstructs the Chairman of the Commission, any authorized officer or any officer authorized under section 41, in the performance of its or his duties under this Act shall be guilty of an offence. Prosecution 47. No prosecution shall be instituted for an offence under this Act or any rules made hereunder except by or with the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor.
Reward for information deems fit to the person who gave the information leading to the conviction.
