s 49 General power to make rules and provisions as to rules

(1) In addition to the powers hereinbefore conferred, the Minister may make rules which are necessary or expedient for carrying out, or giving effect to, the purposes and objects of this Act. (2) All rules made by the Minister under this Act shall be published in the Gazette. Repeal of Post Office Act 1947 and savings in respect thereof
