Optical Act 1991 s 34
A person who is registered or who attempts to get himself or any other person to be registered under this Act by making or producing or causing to be made or produced any false or fraudulent representation or declaration either orally or in writing commits an offence.
Pendaftaran fraud
Seseorang yang didaftarkan atau yang cuba mendapatkan pendaftaran bagi dirinya atau mana-mana orang lain di bawah Akta ini dengan membuat atau mengemukakan atau menyebabkan dibuat atau dikemukakan apa-apa representasi atau akuan palsu atau fraud sama ada secara lisan atau bertulis melakukan suatu kesalahan.
