s 11

(1) No person shall be eligible for employment as an Ineligibility officer or servant of the Lembaga who has, directly indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract with, for or on behalf of the Lembaga. (2) Any officer or servant appointed by the Lembaga who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the Lembaga to summary dismissal without notice.
