The Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister, Regulations. make regulations-generally for the carrying out of the-proviafi. A221/74 Stons-ot this-Act, and such regulations may-. (4) prescribe marks or labels to be affixed by retailers to the containers of padi or rice indicating the quality, grade or price of such padi or rice; (b) prescribe such fees or charges as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act; and NAAGHT (c) prescribe any act or omission in contravention of the provision of any such regulation shall be an oftence- 324.(51)---(0(73
