(1) (Deleted by Act 478). (2) The State Authority may by order exempt the Authority and any board or corporation from any rate, tax, charge or fee leviable or recoverable by any local authority in such State in respect of any property owned by the Authority or such board or corporation on such terms and subject to such conditions as the State Authority thinks fit.
