s 18 Powers and jurisdiction of Sessions Court
A Sessions Court shall have the powers and jurisdiction to inquire into an extradition matter brought before it in accordance with the procedure specified under this Act.

Kuasa dan bidang kuasa Mahkamah Sesyen
Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai kuasa dan bidang kuasa untuk menyiasat sesuatu perkara ekstradisi yang dibawa ke hadapannya mengikut tatacara yang dinyatakan di bawah Akta ini.
