Extradition Act 1992 s 27

s 27 Warrant executed in Brunei Darussalam or Singapore deemed to be validly executed in Malaysia

Where, under the provisions of any law in force in Brunei Darussalam or the Republic of Singapore corresponding to section 26, a warrant issued by a Magistrate or a Magistrate’s Court in Malaysia has been endorsed by a Magistrate in Brunei Darussalam or the Republic of Singapore and executed on the person named in the warrant, the warrant shall for the purposes of this Act be deemed to have been as validly executed as if the execution had been effected in Malaysia.

Waran yang dilaksanakan di Brunei Darussalam atau Singapura disifatkan telah dilaksanakan dengan sah di Malaysia

Jika, di bawah peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa di Brunei Darussalam atau Republik Singapura yang bersamaan dengan seksyen 26, suatu waran yang dikeluarkan oleh seorang Majistret atau suatu Mahkamah Majistret di Malaysia telah diendorskan oleh seorang Majistret di Brunei Darussalam atau Republik Singapura dan dilaksanakan ke atas orang yang dinamakan dalam waran itu, waran itu hendaklah bagi maksud Akta ini disifatkan telah dilaksanakan dengan sah seolah-olah pelaksanaan itu telah dilakukan di Malaysia.
