Where—
(a) a fugitive criminal is returned to a country under a temporary surrender warrant and thereafter returned to Malaysia in pursuance of the undertakings referred to in subsection 29(2); and
(b) the country concerned still seeks the return of the fugitive criminal after he has served his sentence in Malaysia,
the Minister may, in his discretion, issue a surrender warrant for the return of the fugitive criminal to that country.

Jika―
(a) seseorang penjenayah buruan dipulangkan ke sesuatu negara di bawah suatu waran penyerahan sementara dan selepas itu dipulangkan ke Malaysia menurut aku janji yang disebutkan dalam subseksyen 29(2); dan
(b) negara yang berkenaan masih mahu akan pemulangan penjenayah buruan itu selepas dia telah menjalani hukumannya di Malaysia,
Menteri boleh, mengikut budi bicaranya, mengeluarkan suatu waran penyerahan bagi pemulangan penjenayah buruan itu ke negara itu.
