Extradition Act 1992 s 44
The provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code in relation to matters not covered by this Act shall apply in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, and in the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the Criminal Procedure Code the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
Peruntukan dalam Kanun Tatacara Jenayah bila terpakai
Peruntukan Kanun Tatacara Jenayah yang berhubungan dengan perkara-perkara yang tidak diliputi oleh Akta ini hendaklah terpakai sejauh mana ia selaras dengan peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini, dan sekiranya ada apa-apa ketidakselarasan di antara peruntukan Akta ini dengan Kanun Tatacara Jenayah peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah mengatasi.
