(1) All members of the Council, officers and employees Application of the Institute shall be deemed to be public servants within Code. the meaning of the Penal Code applicable. FMS Cap 45 Sabah (2) Except for the purpose of this Act or of any criminal Ord.3/59 proceedings under this Act, no member of the Council, Sarawak officer or employee of the Institute shall disclose any Cap. 57. information with respect to any individual business which has been obtained bỳ him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act; and a person contravening the provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment.
