Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Organisasi Antarabangsa (Keistimewaan dan Kekebalan) 1992 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
