s 27 Offence
Any person who fails or refuses to pay the levy imposed under section 26 is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.

Mana-mana orang yang gagal atau enggan membayar levi yang dikenakan di bawah seksyen 26 adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit atau penjara bagi suatu tempoh tidak melebihi tiga bulan atau kedua-duanya.
