(1) Every person appointed by the Majlis to be a Pegawai Masjid, including every person deemed to have been so appointed under subsection 76(5) shall be given a tauliah by the Majlis. (2) Every Pegawai Masjid shall have such powers and duties as may be set out in their respective tauliah.
