s 9 Borrowing powers

(1) The Majlis may, with the approval of the Minister of Finance and upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by him, borrow such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functions under this Act. (2) Sums borrowed by virtue of this section shall be paid into the Fund.
