Abattoirs (Privatization) Act 1993 s 16
The Director General and any officer duly authorized by him in writing may, for the purposes of this Act or any of the rules made thereunder, enter upon any of the premises occupied by a licensed operator to inspect and examine the state of such premises or any building or facility therein.
Kuasa pemeriksaan Ketua Pengarah
Ketua Pengarah dan mana-mana pegawai yang diberi kuasa dengan sewajarnya olehnya secara bertulis boleh, bagi maksud Akta ini atau mana-mana kaedah yang dibuat di bawahnya, memasuki mana-mana premis yang diduduki oleh seseorang pengendali berlesen untuk meneliti dan memeriksa keadaan premis itu atau mana-mana bangunan atau kemudahan di dalamnya.
