s 5

(1) Lembaga hendaklah terdiri daripada anggotaanggota yang berikut: (a) seorang Pengerusi; (b) enam orang wakil daripada sektor swasta; dan (c) empat orang wakil yang hendaklah memegang jawatan dalam perkhidmatan awam, yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri. (2) Peruntukan-peruntukan Jadual Pertama adalah terpakai bagi Lembaga.
