s 13A Application for protection order
A protection order sought under section 13 shall be made by— (a) the victim; (b) the victim’s counsel; (c) a social welfare officer on behalf of the victim; or (d) a police officer on behalf of the victim.

Permohonan bagi perintah perlindungan
Suatu perintah perlindungan yang diminta di bawah seksyen 13 hendaklah dibuat oleh— (a) mangsa itu; (b) peguam mangsa itu; (c) seorang pegawai kebajikan masyarakat bagi pihak mangsa itu; atau (d) seorang pegawai polis bagi pihak mangsa itu.
