s 20 Regulations
(1) The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), such regulations may provide forβ
(a) the maintenance of a register or record by the courts on matters filed pursuant to this Act;
(b) the prescribed forms of any information, report, application, order or other document required pursuant to this Act;
(c) the procedure in respect of the filing in of any document mentioned in paragraph (b);
(d) the making of searches and the giving of certified copies of any document mentioned in paragraph (b);
(e) the fixing of fees that may be charged for the purposes of this Act;
(f) any other matter which under this Act is required or
(f) permitted to be prescribed.

Peraturan-peraturan
(1) Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan bagi maksud melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
(2) Tanpa menjejaskan keluasan subseksyen (1), peraturan-peraturan itu boleh mengadakan peruntukan bagiβ
(a) penyenggaraan suatu daftar atau rekod oleh mahkamah mengenai perkara yang difailkan menurut Akta ini;
(b) borang ditetapkan bagi apa-apa maklumat, laporan, permohonan, perintah atau dokumen lain yang dikehendaki menurut Akta ini;
(c) tatacara berkenaan dengan pemfailan apa-apa dokumen yang disebut dalam perenggan (b);
(d) pembuatan carian dan pemberian salinan terperaku bagi apa-apa dokumen yang disebut dalam perenggan (b);
(e) penetapan fi yang boleh dikenakan bagi maksud Akta ini;
(f) apa-apa perkara lain yang di bawah Akta ini dikehendaki atau dibenarkan supaya ditetapkan.
