Control of Padi and Rice Act 1994 s 1

s 1 Short title, application and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Control of Padi and Rice Act 1994. (2) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia. (3) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Tajuk ringkas, pemakaian dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Kawalan Padi dan Beras 1994. (2) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia. (3) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
