s 31 Non-application of certain laws to padi and rice
Notwithstanding any of their provisions to the contrary, the Price Control Act 1946 [Act 121] and the Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122] shall not apply to padi and rice.

Walau apa pun apa-apa jua peruntukan yang berlawanan, Akta Kawalan Harga dan Antipencatutan 2011 [Akta 723] dan Akta Kawalan Bekalan 1961 [Akta 122] tidak terpakai bagi padi dan beras.
