Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 s 32

s 32 Group Investment Fund not a partnership, etc.

A Group Investment Fund shall not be regarded— (a) as a partnership between persons entitled to interests in a Group Investment Fund; or (b) as a scheme issuing interests within the meaning of Division V of Part IV of the Companies Act 1965.
