Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 s 34

s 34 Exemption from giving security

Where any bond or security would be required from a private person upon the grant to him of letters of administration or upon his appointment to act in any capacity, the Corporation, if granted letters of administration or appointed to act in any such capacity, shall not be required to give such bond or security but shall be subject to the same liabilities and duties as if it had given such bond or security.

Pengecualian daripada kena memberi jaminan

Jika apa-apa bon atau jaminan diperlukan daripada orang persendirian atas pemberian kepadanya akan surat kuasa mentadbir atau atas pelantikannya untuk bertindak atas apa-apa sifat, Perbadanan, jika diberikan surat kuasa mentadbir atau dilantik untuk bertindak atas apa-apa sifat sedemikian, tidaklah dikehendaki memberikan bon atau jaminan sedemikian tetapi adalah tertakluk kepada liabiliti dan kewajipan yang sama seolah-olah ia telah memberikan bon atau jaminan itu.
