No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie personally against any member, officer or employee of the Board or any other person under the direction of the Board for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in the execution or purported execution of this Act. Perlindungan daripada liabiliti diri
Tiada guaman atau prosiding undang-undang lain boleh dikenakan secara sendiri terhadap mana-mana anggota, pegawai atau pekerja Lembaga atau mana-mana orang lain di bawah arahan Lembaga bagi apa-apa yang dilakukan atau berhajat untuk dilakukan dengan niat baik dalam pelaksanaan atau yang berupa pelaksanaan Akta ini.
