Malayan Railway Provident Fund (Dissolution) Act 1995 s 8

s 8 Continuance of civil proceedings

(1) Any civil proceedings or cause of action pending or existing immediately before the commencement of this Act by or against the Board or any person acting on its behalf may be continued or instituted by or against KTMB as it might have been by or against the Board or such person as if this Act had not been passed. (2) Any appeal brought or any leave to appeal applied for on or after the commencement of this Act against a decision before the commencement of this Act in any legal proceedings to which the Board or any person acting on its behalf was a party may be brought by or against KTMB.

Penerusan prosiding sivil

(1) Mana-mana prosiding sivil atau kausa tindakan yang belum selesai atau yang ada sebelum sahaja permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini oleh atau terhadap Lembaga atau mana-mana orang yang bertindak bagi pihaknya boleh diteruskan atau dimulakan oleh atau terhadap KTMB sebagaimana ia boleh diteruskan atau dimulakan oleh atau terhadap Lembaga atau orang itu seolah-olah Akta ini telah tidak diluluskan. Undang-Undang Malaysia AKTA 534 (2) Apa-apa rayuan yang dibawa atau apa-apa kebenaran untuk merayu yang dipohon pada atau selepas permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini terhadap sesuatu keputusan permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini dalam mana-mana prosiding undang-undang yang kepadanya Lembaga atau mana-mana orang yang bertindak bagi pihaknya telah menjadi suatu pihak boleh dibawa oleh atau terhadap KTMB.
