s 1 Short title and application
(1)βThis Act may be cited as the Tabung Haji Act 1995. (2)βThis Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.

Tajuk ringkas, permulaan kuat kuasa dan pemakaian
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Tabung Haji 1995 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta. (2) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia.
