(1) The Perbadanan may from time to time, with the approval of the Minister, by order published in the Gazette, establish a corporation, by such name as the Perbadanan may think fit, to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Perbadanan in the performance of its functions, the exercise of its powers or the discharge of its duties.
(2) The provisions of the Second Schedule shall apply to every corporation established by the Perbadanan under subsection (1).

Kuasa untuk menubuhkan perbadanan
(1) Perbadanan boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, dengan kelulusan Menteri, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menubuhkan suatu perbadanan, dengan apa-apa nama yang difikirkan patut oleh Perbadanan, untuk menjalankan dan untuk menjaga, mengelolakan dan menguruskan apa-apa projek, skim atau perusahaan yang telah dirancangkan atau diusahakan oleh Perbadanan pada melaksanakan fungsinya, menjalankan kuasanya atau menunaikan kewajipannya.
(2) Peruntukan-peruntukan Jadual Kedua adalah terpakai bagi tiap-tiap perbadanan yang ditubuhkan oleh Perbadanan di bawah subseksyen (1).
