s 28 Surrender of permit
A body corporate practising as a Town Planner shall surrender to the Board the permit issued to it, within fourteen days of notification to it by registered post of the cancellation.

Pemulangan permit
Sesuatu pertubuhan perbadanan yang menjalankan amalan sebagai Perancang Bandar hendaklah memulangkan kepada Lembaga permit yang dikeluarkan kepadanya, dalam masa empat belas hari dari ia diberitahu melalui pos berdaftar mengenai pembatalan itu.
