Town Planners Act 1995 s 33
The Disciplinary Committee may order any one or any combination of two or more of the following: (a) the issuance of a written reprimand; (b) the imposition of a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit; (c) suspension for a period not exceeding one year; (d) cancellation of registration.
Perintah Jawatankuasa Tatatertib
Jawatankuasa Tatatertib boleh memerintahkan mana-mana satu atau mana-mana kombinasi dua atau lebih yang berikut: (a) pengeluaran suatu celaan bertulis; (b) pengenaan denda yang tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit; (c) penggantungan bagi tempoh yang tidak melebihi satu tahun; (d) pembatalan pendaftaran.
