There shall be removed from the Register the name and other particulars of a registered Town Planner or registered Graduate Town Planner—
(a) who has died;
(b) who has failed to renew his registration within three months of its expiry;
(c) who has failed to pay the fine imposed on him under paragraph 33(b);
(d) whose practice has been suspended under paragraph 33(c);
(e) whose registration has been cancelled under paragraph 33(d); or
(f) whose registration is null and void under section 35.

Penyingkiran dari Daftar
Maka hendaklah disingkirkan dari Daftar nama dan butir-butir lain seorang Perancang Bandar berdaftar atau Perancang Bandar Siswazah berdaftar―
(a) yang telah meninggal dunia;
(b) yang tidak membaharui pendaftarannya dalam masa tiga bulan dari habis tempohnya;
(c) yang tidak membayar denda yang dikenakan ke atasnya di bawah perenggan 33(b);
(d) yang amalannya telah digantung di bawah perenggan 33(c);
(e) yang pendaftarannya telah dibatalkan di bawah perenggan 33(d); atau
(f) yang pendaftarannya adalah batal dan tidak sah di bawah seksyen 35.
