Town Planners Act 1995 s 37

s 37 Surrender of certificate of registration

A person whose name has been removed from the Register shall surrender to the Board the certificate of registration issued to him, within fourteen days of notification to him by registered post of the removal.

Seseorang yang namanya telah disingkirkan dari Daftar hendaklah memulangkan kepada Lembaga perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan kepadanya, dalam masa empat belas hari dari dia diberitahu melalui pos berdaftar mengenai penyingkiran itu.
