National Council on Higher Education Act 1996 s 5

s 5 Temporary exercise of function of Chairman

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Education shall chair the meeting of the Council in the absence of the Chairman or whenever the Chairman is for any reason unable to attend a meeting of the Council.

Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian *Pengajian Tinggi hendaklah mempengerusikan mesyuarat Majlis semasa ketiadaan Pengerusi atau apabila Pengerusi yang kerana apa-apa sebab tidak dapat menghadiri mesyuarat Majlis.
