Standards of Malaysia Act 1996 s 23

s 23 Repeal and savings

(1) The Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1975 is repealed. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), all subsidiary legislation made under or in accordance with the repealed Act shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, continue in force until modified, revoked or replaced by this Act.

Pemansuhan dan kecualian

(1) Akta Institut Standard dan Penyelidikan Perindustrian Malaysia (Perbadanan) 1975 [Akta 157] dimansuhkan. (2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), segala perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah atau mengikut Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah, setakat yang ia selaras dengan Akta ini, terus berkuat kuasa sehingga diubahsuaikan, dibatalkan atau digantikan oleh Akta ini.
