Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 23

s 23 This Act shall apply to a University, University College or branch campus

For the avoidance of doubt, all provisions of this Act shall apply to a private higher educational institution with the status of a University or University College or a branch campus thereof or a branch campus of a foreign University or University College established under this Part.

Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi Universiti, Kolej Universiti dan kampus cawangan

Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, semua peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta yang bertaraf Universiti atau Kolej Universiti atau kampus cawangan kedua-duanya atau kampus cawangan Universiti atau Kolej Universiti luar negeri yang ditubuhkan di bawah Bahagian ini.
