Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 25

s 25 Register of private higher educational institutions

(1) The Registrar General shall keep or cause to be kept a register of private higher educational institutions in such form and manner as may be prescribed. (2) The public may make a search on the register upon payment of a prescribed fee.

Daftar institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta

(1) Ketua Pendaftar hendaklah menyimpan atau menyebabkan disimpan suatu daftar institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta dalam bentuk dan mengikut cara yang ditetapkan. (2) Orang awam boleh membuat carian ke atas daftar selepas membayar fi yang ditetapkan.
