Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 26
s 26 Certificate of registration, etc. to be exhibited
(1) For the purposes of this Part, a private higher educational institution shall be identified by the premises registered for its purpose.
(2) A copy of the certificate of registration issued under paragraph 24(9)(a) shall be kept exhibited in a conspicuous part of the premises of the private higher educational institution, and the details of the premises registered for its purpose and the approved fee structure of the course of study or training programme shall be made available and accessible to the public by whatever means.

Perakuan pendaftaran hendaklah dipamerkan
(1) Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta hendaklah dikenali dengan premis yang digunakan bagi maksudnya.
(2) Salinan perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan di bawah perenggan 24(9)(a) hendaklah dipamerkan di tempat yang mudah dilihat di premis institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta itu.
