Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 62
(1) Upon the closing down of a private higher educational institution, the chief executive shall surrender to the Registrar General his certificate of registration and the certificate of registration of the private higher educational institution. (2) Upon the surrender of the certificate of registration of the private higher educational institution, the approval of the private higher educational institution shall be deemed to be revoked.
Pemulangan perakuan
Apabila suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta ditutup, ketua eksekutif hendaklah memulangkan perakuan pendaftarannya dan perakuan pendaftaran institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta itu kepada Ketua Pendaftar.
